    The units are well-equipped and well furnished with comfortable bed. Our hotel is set in a central location just next door to the larger shopping malls, restaurants, reception and housekeeping, and Dubai for sure.

    We were in Dubai for 5 days, had excellent stay, the hotel was fairly clean with ideal and handy location near to the airport. The staff was ACCOMMODATING, provided an efficient check-in and a late check-out. The breakfast was fantastic and rich with both international options to cater for all tastes and desserts, for example, and had all you need. The service was absolutely excellent.

    Simply no complaints, REALLY NICE stay. Original and beautifully decorated place. Perfect breakfast selection for all tastes with beer. Smooth check in and late check out. The pool had a sauna and a whirlpool.

    From the time one arrives right up until departure one is looked after in an excellent manner, whether at Reception, in the Bar or Restaurants down to the guy who dragged mt bag up 4 floors There is nothing negative to say about the Al Bustan.

    Rooms are great & quite, Swimming pool is very clean and gets as deep as 2.5 meter but it was full of childrent when stayed.

    we were three friends and the hotel wasnt the best in term of entrtainments. However, its great for couples and families.

    The room was spacious and comfortable. I loved the quick access to the airport. Just a five-minute drive made everything easier. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a variety of tasty options. Staff members were really friendly and helpful. The shower in the bathroom had some issues. It didn't work as smoothly as I expected, frustrating. The dining experience was slowed down by the staff being short-handed during peak hours. Despite the excellent food, the wait time was longer than I would have liked. A lovely hotel but could use improvements in maintenance and staff efficiency during busy times.
